Use this fitness plan in conjunction with the Leadership Workout: The Coaching Process - Step 4 -  and consider how you plan. By coming up with a plan for the change, your team members will begin to understand the time commitments they will require, the obstacles that may arise, and the ways to get around them. A concrete picture of where they’re headed and how they’re going to get there is now established, and the knowing-doing gap finally starts to close.
